Booking Policy

You can now book your own appointment online 24/7! Just choose a day and time convenient for you. Please ensure all your booking details are correct and up to date (including your phone number and email address).

✓  All new clients will start their journey with a consultation so only book a consultation. If another appointment is booked, you will be asked to have a consultation appointment on arrival

✓ All payments are required at the time of booking or the appointment will not be secured. EMARSE SKIN offers an appointment-only basis. We are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment.

✓ Not showing up for your scheduled appointment or not giving 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.

✓ Please, be considerate of other clients’ scheduled appointments and arrive on time or you may be charged a 10% lateness fee, your appointment may be shortened, or rescheduled OR you might experience long waiting hours until the provider is available.

✓ Appointment delays past 25 minutes will result in a 10% lateness fee and may require rescheduling. Any delays under 25 minutes will be deducted from your appointment time.

✓ As a courtesy to our clients, EMARSE SKIN offers appointment reminders through text, email, and/or phone. We will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid missing appointments. Please check your email/text/phone 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

✓ If you DO NOT SHOW up for your appointment, we will charge a no-show fee of 50% of service, and future appointments may need to be scheduled at the discretion of EMARSE SKIN. In the event of any rescheduled appointments, service must be redeemed within 60 days or payment will be forfeited.

This policy is non-negotiable. By making appointments with EMARSE SKIN, you are agreeing to these terms.
